The CD was designed as a study guide for students, providing them with a collection of quiz and exam preparation questions. These questions have been constructed to give students instant feedback on their answers, in order to help them study more efficiently. The Real Estate Transaction - General is an e-book conversion from a Moodle based course we had previously developed. It uses a dynamic, javascript based interface that is very clean and easy to use. Students are provided with the ability to search content, as well as a glossary menu, helping to make their learning experience that much easier. The Independent Warehouse Inc. is website we developed that showcases a wide variety of IWI's products. The initial splash page presents a flash based map that allows users to select the region that best suits them. The site itself uses a javascript based menu, in addition to a clean, concise layout. This makes navigating the site and gathering information on their products very easy. Go to site

The DBS site is the Canadian division of IWI and thus has a very similar look. Although the information is the same, the site has been branded entirly differently when compared to the IWI website. Ticket Reporting System

Ticketing systems are essential when doing any kind of user based error tracking. They not only allow you to improve the quality of your content and user experience, but also they allow you to quickly identify issues by employing the use of your user base. The ICS SRS, or "Support Ticket System", allows us to track individual issue and assign them to specific developers. The user responsible for the ticket will receive feedback and updates on the ticket's status as it progresses. The following is a demo of ICS's personal SRS.
